Keith and his Techs have treated me very honestly for over ten years with excellent honest service and reasonable cost. However I feel that with my last incident, I should share my experience to relate the integrity shown by the West Jordan location. My wife's van appeared to have serious transmission issues as it would not back up and would slip going forward. Since I had a ten year relationship with Freeway Transmission I had her call Keith and he took car of her as I was out of town. I was prepared to have the transmission rebuilt and expecting a large output of cash to place my wife's van into reliable operating condition. After diagnosing the codes set by the van's computer, Keith research service bulletins and discussed with the manufacture's service department a possible solution. He found a manufacturing defect causing moisture to accumulate in the van's computer module causing false reading and sending bad information to the transmission and engine. The crew dried out the computer and sealed the computer so water would not accumulate in the future. The cost was approximately 10% of what I was expecting to pay to rebuild the transmission. I know at some other shops would have rebuilt the transmission in addition to replacing the computer at that would have been a large cost. Instead of spending thousands I only spent a few hundred. Integrity an honesty has always been provided every time I use their services. In my opinion it is refreshing to be able to find a auto repair shop that you know you can trust and send anyone to and know they will receive honest service at a very reasonable cost.
