Took my truck in yesterday fearing the worst...just had another shop work on it because it was having trouble fully shifting into Park. When I picked it up, they told me that they'd replaced a cable, but now the truck would not shift above 2nd gear and they did not know how to fix it so they recommended Freeway Transmission in West Jordan, and I took it there. I described the symptoms and left it there with Keith. They were just going to look at it and provide me an estimate, so you can imagine my delight when he called me back and gave me the good news that my truck was fixed and ready to go! It turned out the previous shop had somehow disconnected the speedometer and Keith and his team recognized it right away and reconnected it without charging me a dime! When you have a problem you don't understand like this, it would be easy for a dishonest shop to take advantage of you...it is so wonderful to find someone honest and trustworthy like this. They could easily have told me that the tranny needed a rebuild, but Keith treated me fairly and honestly. They just gained a customer for life. When I need transmission work, I'll head straight to Freeway in West Jordan and I will recommend others do the same! Thanks Freeway! Thanks Keith! Ray
